Return & Refund Policy

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Mgear (M) Sdn. Bhd. will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 days after the confirmation.

Q1: What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are NOT completely satisfied with the item purchase, you may return your purchase to us.

All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Returns must be posted within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

 

There is a restocking fee of 7% for all items returned. Refund will be made within 7 days after we receive the items.

 

Q2: What should I do when I received a defect item/wrong item/missing item?

For all orders with missing, defect or wrong item, email us at admin@motogear.my with you order number. You may call us at +603-61782524. We will advise accordingly.

 

Q3: What should I do if I order wrong size?

Any items which has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to test it before heading out on the bike. All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.

 

Please follow the steps below to change the size:

1. Call us at +603-61782524 or e-mail us at admin@motogear.my to inform us about this matter.

2. Send the item back to our shop. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our shop.

3. We will send new item with the new size. We will cover on the shipping cost.*

 

* Free shipping on item exchange only applicable for 1 time/order only.

** Free exchange is depends on product availability. In case the size required is not available at our store and warehouse, we will advice products that equivalent to your order.
